Online Dynasty Manager (“ODM”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Pixel Ecom LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using onlinedynastymanager.com and the service (the “Service”), you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account & league info: the email address and name you provide, your league name, the owners you add (names, teams, emojis, optional Twitch handles), and the game scores and settings you enter.
- Payment info: if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles it. We keep your subscription status and a Stripe customer/subscription reference.
- Usage & device data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected to run and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- To create and run your league and display standings, records, and stats.
- To process your subscription and send service-related emails (e.g., your setup link, receipts, important notices).
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run ODM — for example Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting) — and only as needed to provide the Service, or when required by law.
4. Your league’s data
League data (owners, games, badges) is visible to people you share your league with. Editing is protected by your league’s manage code. Keep that code private.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account/league is active. You can request deletion of your league and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (e.g., billing) by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to run the Service (e.g., remembering your manage code on your device). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll post the new date here and, for material changes, notify you.
